Job Description

As a Technical Manager at the Hyderabad office, you will be responsible for Agile project management, team leadership, and process optimization. With over 8 years of experience in managing software development teams, your role will involve ensuring smooth project execution and tracking progress through JIRA dashboards. Your strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proactive problem-solving approach will be crucial in collaborating with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions while adhering to Agile best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and enforce Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for optimized project execution. - Maintain and organize the JIRA dashboard for real-time project tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management. - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project progress, team efficiency, and sprint velocity. - Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. - Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies for timely resolution. - Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and technical feasibility. **Team Leadership & Coordination:** - Collaborate closely with developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and DevOps for smooth collaboration. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders for clear communication and alignment. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence. - Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity and skill development. - Manage resource allocation effectively for optimal project execution. **Technical Process & Best Practices:** - Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and architectural guidelines. - Track and monitor CI/CD pipelines and release management processes. - Collaborate with DevOps for automated deployment and infrastructure management. - Maintain documentation for project workflows, technical decisions, and best practices. - Drive adoption of agile tooling, automation, and efficient collaboration tools. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello. - Proficiency in JIRA dashboard setup, workflow automation, and sprint tracking. - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred). - Knowledge of software architecture principles, microservices, and system design is a plus.,
