Technical Manager

Responsibilities include: - Conducting site visits and meeting clients for tendering - Performing duties related to tendering such as contract summary, budgeting, quantity take-off, and machinery planning - Coordinating agreement procedures with the Head Office team and Project Head - Leading kick-off meetings and coordinating mobilization forms, scope of work, subcontractors, staff, and machinery - Recording meeting minutes and communicating updates effectively - Finalizing sub-contractors, suppliers, machinery, and quantities - Planning and coordinating projects - Conducting daily project reviews including labor and cost reports - Coordinating drawings, preparing revised estimates, deviation statements, and extra items - Maintaining the bill register and corresponding with relevant departments - Handling time extensions and project closure Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing - Job Type: Full-time - Schedule: Day shift - Work Location: In person Join us in this challenging role where you can drive project success and contribute to our organization's growth.
