Technical Manager

As a Technical Manager in Retail Banking at Sikar, your role involves monitoring and adhering to process, technical policy, and project approval policy. You will be responsible for developing new policies and initiatives, leading to region-specific innovations. Additionally, you will be managing the project approval grid through Developer Categorization and suggesting process improvements for effective implementation. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting spot checks at various locations and proposing region-specific amendments to increase business and mitigate risks - Monitoring the technical evaluation process and managing vendors involved in the process - Leading and nurturing the team to maintain quality, partner with business, and uphold portfolio quality - Training and evaluating the proficiency levels of the team regularly, including cross-functional trainings - Maintaining TAT targets for the technical evaluation process In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also ensure the capability building and up-skilling of the team through adequate training to meet the requirements of the role and handle market dynamics. You will also be accountable for delivering a best-in-class merchant onboarding experience.
