Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee technical aspects of mortgage operations. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements Strong understanding of technical management principles and practices. Experience working with assets, inclusive banking, SBL, mortgages, and technical management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
