About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and manage our technical team at our Madurai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership skills to drive project delivery, manage resources, and ensure high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers/technical staff to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to the team ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Oversee system design, architecture decisions, and code quality to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risks proactively.
• Facilitate technical discussions, reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, technologies, and methodologies.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and security practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in software development and team management.
• Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as [insert relevant tech stack, e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, cloud platforms].
• Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering software projects on time.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong leadership qualities and team-building skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a product-based or IT services company.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master) or relevant technical certifications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Pay: ₹244,271.52 - ₹545,758.55 per year
