This is an excellent opportunity for you as an orthodontist to leverage your expertise in a forward-thinking and tech-savvy environment that aims to revolutionize orthodontic solutions in India and globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Training:** - Help develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for dental professionals on the use of aligner systems and digital tools. - Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure proficiency in case planning, treatment protocols, and patient management. - **Orthodontic Support:** - Offer consultation and guidance to practitioners on orthodontic cases using our software. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to aligner design, software utilization, and treatment execution. - **Quality Testing:** - Evaluate the quality of software and final aligner treatment output through the KEA system. - Provide regular reports and reviews of case plans, aligner designs, and treatment output for continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** MDS degree from an accredited dental college in India. - **Certification:** Specialization in Orthodontics. - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in orthodontics with exposure to digital orthodontic technologies. - **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of digital orthodontic tools and software, including 3D modeling and treatment planning software. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages. - **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and orthodontic professionals. - **Problem-Solving Ability:** Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. - **Commitment to Excellence:** Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering superior orthodontic care. - **Innovative Mindset:** Passion for innovation in orthodontic practice and adopting new technologies.
