Technical Manager

As a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of 15+ engineers. Your strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs, along with expertise in event-driven architecture and various database technologies, will be crucial in driving technical excellence and innovation in projects. - Lead and manage a team of 15+ engineers, offering guidance, mentorship, and support. - Architect and Design scalable, high-availability, and secure architectures for web applications and cloud-based solutions. - Define and enforce architectural guidelines, best practices, and coding standards across development teams. - Guide and support full stack development in backend (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) and frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) technologies. - Design, deploy, and manage AWS-based solutions, leveraging services like S3, CloudFront, ECS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and others. - Architect microservices-based applications and ensure seamless API integrations. - Improve application performance, scalability, and security through best practices and advanced technologies. - Work closely with DevOps teams to implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines using AWS DevOps tools, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. - Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions by working with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers. - Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technical project management.
