Tech Lead at Webnyay (Location: Noida)

Webnyay is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Developer to join our leadership team and take ownership of building and scaling intelligent systems for Generative AI for Legal and Online Dispute Resolution. This role will combine hands-on coding with technical leadership, guiding a team of engineers in developing production-grade pipelines and scalable web applications.

As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting solutions, mentoring team members,

ensuring code quality, and driving the integration of AI/ML models into robust backend systems. You will also bring in DevOps best practices to manage deployment, scalability, and performance of our systems.

What we are looking for:-

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 4 years of experience with Python & Django.

• Experience with multiple databases (relational, vector and non-relational).

• Experience with hosting on GCP (Google Cloud).

• Familiar with continuous integration and other automations.

• Focus on code quality and writing scalable code.

• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies depending on business requirements

• Prior startup experience will be a plus!

Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of engineers.

• Create and maintain technical documentation of technical design and solution

• Build product / features that are highly scalable, secure, high-available, high performing and

cost-effective.

• Help team in debugging and perform code reviews.

• Understand the full feature set/ implementation and architecture of the applications.

• Analyse business goals and product requirements and contribute to application architecture

design, development and delivery.

• Provide technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept

development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support.

• Act as an Interface with business teams to understand and create technology specifications for

workable solutions within the project.

• Make performance related recommendations, and identify and eliminate performance

bottlenecks (hardware, software, configuration); drive performance tuning, re-design and re-

factoring.

• Lead and participate in the software development lifecycle, which includes research, new

development, modification, security, reuse, re-engineering and maintenance of common

component libraries.

• Participate in product definition and feature prioritization.
