Technical Lead – Web Development & Support

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Lead to architect, build, and oversee our entire web ecosystem from the ground up. This is a senior, hands-on position responsible for the full software development lifecycle — from concept and system design to deployment, optimization, and long-term maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be an expert full-stack developer with proven experience in developing and managing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will lead the design and implementation of our customer booking platforms, tracking systems, and internal tools, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Software Development

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable, modern web applications — including customer portals, shipment tracking systems, and internal dashboards.

2. System Architecture & Technology Strategy

• Define and lead the company’s technology roadmap.
• Select appropriate frameworks and languages (e.g., React/Node.js, Python/Django, .NET Core) and design system architecture for long-term scalability.

3. Web Support & Maintenance

• Serve as the technical owner of all web platforms.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, ensure system security, and maintain high uptime and performance.

4. API & Systems Integration

• Develop and manage API integrations with logistics partners, payment gateways, and external service providers to enable seamless operations.

5. Database Management

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, optimized database structures (SQL/NoSQL) to support all digital systems.

6. Technical Leadership

• Set and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and guide development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical decision-making.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with leadership and operations teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development and system design.
• Proven track record in building, launching, and maintaining large-scale web applications from inception.
• Expertise in one or more stacks: JavaScript (React/Node.js), Angular, Python (Django/Flask), or C# (.NET Core)
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, including data modeling and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD).
• Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience in the logistics, shipping, or e-commerce domain is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-Time - Work From Office

Location: Mumbai - Bandra West – Near Lucky Hotel

Compensation: As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
