Technical Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly in modern React ecosystems and Node.js-based server-side development. You will play a key role in leading projects, architecting scalable systems, mentoring team members, and delivering high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications. Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications. Guide and support backend development using Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL. Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and performance. Mentor and collaborate with engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure maintainability and scalability. Interface with stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and timelines. Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality user experiences. Required Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency with React (8+ years overall frontend experience) Expertise in TypeScript , React Query , React Router DOM , Zod , and Vite Experience with Ag-Grid , React Hook Form / UseForm , and modern UI Kits Deep understanding of React Context API and Redux Proficient with Axios , QuickType , and UI component architecture Experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile development Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js Proficient in designing and querying PostgreSQL databases Experience writing and maintaining tests using Jest Solid understanding of REST APIs, error handling, and security best practices About Company: At TECH-INTELLEON Digital Solutions, we focused on delivering robust and scalable product solutions that are designed with rich user experience and deep technologies.
