We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead, Software Engineering to join our growing team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive architectural decisions while actively contributing to product development.

As a Technical Lead, Software Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and guiding the technical strategy and architecture for our projects. You will work closely with development teams to ensure the successful design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable applications. Your role will include leading technical discussions, drive best practices, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Experience required: 12+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and mentor developers on daily tasks and best practices
• Plan, design, and implement technical solutions based on architecture guidelines
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and testing standards
• Perform feasibility and impact analysis for system changes and integrations
• Create technical documentation including data mapping, workflows, and API specifications
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and unblock the team
• Ensure CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices are followed
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and product managers for successful releases

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong command of programming, system design, and clean code principles
• Strong understanding of system design, databases, and integration concepts
• Experience in requirement analysis and technical documentation
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, DevOps workflows
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem–solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot/Spring MVC)
• Proficiency in RDBMS such as MS SQL Server or Oracle database
• Hands-on with Docker, Git, and modern DevOps workflows
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles
• Experience with Unit testing (JUnit / TestNG)
• Familiarity with OpenAPI (Swagger)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript
• SQL and data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like React, Vue Js or Angular
• Familiarity with CI/CD pielines
• Familiarity with containerization technology like docker

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development roles with leadership exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
