Role Overview

hands-on Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

●     Lead end-to-end technical delivery across product modules, ensuring timelines, code quality, and system performance.

CI/CD pipelines, AWS deployments

●     Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Founders to translate business vision into robust technology solutions.

●     Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical problem-solving.

●     Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering and business stakeholders.

●     Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and drive continuous optimization.

●     Maintain agile development practices (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Technical Expertise Required

5+ years of Full Stack Development

NestJS, Angular, Next.js, and TypeScript

MySQL/PostgreSQL

WebSocket, WebRTC, and Agora SDK

microservices architecture, database design, and scalable system design

AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline setups

●     Familiarity with system performance monitoring, code quality tools, and best practices

Preferred Qualities

●     Startup mindset, action-oriented, resourceful, and ownership-driven

●     Ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic tech decisions

●     Excellent collaboration and mentorship skills

●     Strong problem-solving with a “business impact” lens

●     Passionate about building tech that creates real change in healthcare/wellness
