Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Intern, located in West Delhi. The Customer Support Intern will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with problem-solving. Additionally, the intern will be expected to maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
• Technical Support experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in any relevant field
• Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus
