Requirements

• Decent understanding of MS Excel, Google Drive, and basic computer operations
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Quick learning ability and adaptability
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Helpful, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities & Duties

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats
• Provide accurate information about company services
• Assist customers with basic issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Maintain and update customer data and records
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Learn and follow all customer support processes during training
