Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company's client base in target markets. Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments. Build and manage a high-performing business development. Foster long-term relationships with strategic partners. Lead negotiations and close high-value service contracts. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategies. Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Represent the company at client meetings. Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence. Requirements: Experience in handling services related to digital marketing front-end web development would be an advantage, though not mandatory. The candidate must be technically proficient. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science. 1+ years of experience in business development or sales in the software development or IT services industry. Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large enterprise clients. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with global teams and across time zones. Preferred Skills: Existing network in industries. Familiarity with CRM tools. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
