Role Overview

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, loves talking to customers, and wants to learn how SaaS support works. You'll work closely with our product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver a smooth and reliable support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and calls with professionalism and clarity.
  • Log and update support tickets in real-time with accurate details and progress notes.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to product usage, dashboard functionalities, or campaign setup.
  • Assist customers with platform navigation, settings, and feature-related queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or product teams as needed.
  • Follow up on pending tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand common issues and improve user experience.
  • Participate in internal discussions, training sessions, and product-learning meetings.
  • Manage multiple queries simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses.
