Full Time
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Perform data mining and data analysis of received data from various stakeholders and systems into a
presentable form.
• Update/Validate/Maintain resource database daily.
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Knowledge of Billing/Invoicing Process and Trend Analysis required.
• Sound knowledge of MS-Excel & MS Power Point including advanced tools and formulas (Vlookup,
Lookup, Countifs, Sumifs, Averageifs, Sumproduct, Subtotal, Date & logical functions, Conditional
formatting, Data Validation, Pivot & Charts, and other financial/nested formulas).
• Graduate in any discipline, postgraduate preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 1-2 yrs of Experience in Business Analysis, MIS Reporting, Reporting Automation
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus Role & responsibilities
