Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Manage and optimize search platforms like Solr or Elasticsearch.
Work with NoSQL databases such as Redis, Aerospike, or MongoDB, and RDBMS.
Implement caching technologies and high-throughput messaging queues, with a focus on Kafka.
Analyze and solve complex technical problems while balancing business needs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable microservices
Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and high-performance applications
Knowledge of caching technologies, NoSQL databases (Redis, Aerospike, MongoDB), and RDBMS
Familiarity with Kafka and high-throughput messaging queues
Experience with search platforms such as Solr or Elasticsearch
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
