As our Pega CSSA Technical Lead, you own the full stack of Pega PRPC (8.x+)—from case design and data layers to integrations and DevOps pipelines. You’ll steer a cross-functional scrum team, define best-in-class guardrails, and deliver low-code solutions that power millions of transactions for Fortune-grade clients.

What you’ll do

  • Architect & design

    scalable PRPC applications: case types, data models, GUI, decisioning, and reusable components.

  • Lead & mentor

    a squad of CSSAs/CPBAs—run code reviews, brown-bags, and guardrail health checks.

  • Integrate

    with REST/SOAP APIs, message queues (Kafka/MQ), external DBs, SSO/OAuth2.

  • Optimize & deploy

    using PAL/DB Trace, PDC, Jenkins/Azure DevOps for zero-downtime releases.

  • Collaborate

    with BAs, enterprise architects, UX, and DevOps to translate stories into shippable increments.

  • Champion Agile

    — drive sprint planning, estimation, retros, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring

  • 8–15 years

    of IT experience,

    with 6+ years of experience

    in Pega PRPC.

  • Pega CSSA

    certification (must-have); CLSA Part 1/2 is a bonus.
  • Mastery of activities, data transforms, flows, declaratives, case management, data pages, agents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Proven track record building REST/SOAP services, securing integrations, and handling large-scale performance tuning.
  • Hands-on CI/CD knowledge—branching, skimming, automated deployments.
  • Clear, persuasive communication and the leadership chops to inspire top-tier engineers.
