Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to guide our development team in architecting, designing, and delivering robust software solutions for the logistics industry. In this role, you will be responsible for setting technical direction, leading a team of developers, and ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities. af

Leadership s Mentorship:

o   Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

o   Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

o   Architect and design scalable microservices-based applications tailored for logistics operations.

o   Drive technical decision-making and establish coding standards and best practices.

Development and Integration:

o   Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

o   Collaborate with     product    management,    UX/UI   teams,   and   other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

o   Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance product functionality and performance.

o   Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous integration, testing, and delivery of software releases.

o   Identify areas for process and performance improvement and implement strategies to optimize application performance and reliability.

Required Qualification:

·        BE / B. Tech in Computer Science / IT from a reputed institute.

Java development experience,

Java frameworks

·        Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

·        Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
