Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans
• Ensure the successful deployment of solutions on cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration/deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python, or full stack development
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on Azure cloud platform
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus
• Experience with data analytics tools and technologies
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and advanced analytics
