Role Description We are seeking a full-time Technical Lead for an on-site role in Indore. As a Technical Lead, you will oversee a team of engineers, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of analytics solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing data models, developing and optimizing data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges. You will also be responsible for code reviews, mentoring team members, and staying updated with the latest technological advancements. Qualifications Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, and SQL Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues Proven experience in team leadership and project management Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications in data analytics or big data technologies are a plus Show more Show less
