Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in

Good Experience in Mainframe

Good Experience in JCL COBOL VSAM

Desired experience in CICS

Desired experience in DB2

Experience in Agile Scrum

The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel and focuses on enhancing our IT services.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of IBM Mainframe solutions to optimize business processes.

Oversee the development and maintenance of CICS applications to ensure seamless operations.

Provide expertise in VSAM for efficient data management and retrieval.

Implement IT Service Management best practices to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute JCL scripts to automate and streamline batch processing tasks.

Manage DB2 databases to ensure data integrity and availability for critical applications.

Utilize Cobol programming skills to maintain and upgrade legacy systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical solutions.

Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications

Possess strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Exhibit a deep understanding of the Payer domain to tailor IT solutions to industry needs.

Show proficiency in IBM Mainframe Utilities CICS VSAM and related technologies.

Have a proven track record of successful IT Service Management implementations.

Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in mainframe technologies.
