Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers; ensure quality code and timely delivery.
• Architect and build scalable SaaS products using React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Define and maintain coding standards, system architecture, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with ISO/SOC standards.
• Drive Agile processes, sprint planning, standups, and continuous improvement.
• Manage key IT projects, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend tools to boost productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with 3 - 4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience managing AWS infrastructure and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
