About the Role

Technical Specialist / Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using

  Java and Python

  .
• Configure, customize, and extend

  ETQ Reliance modules

  to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ETQ Reliance with enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ETQ Reliance and related applications.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and system performance.

Qualifications

Relevant Experience: 6-8 Years

Required Skills

• 6–7 years of experience

  in software development.
• Strong proficiency in

  Java (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs)

  and

  Python (Flask/Django, scripting)

  .

• Hands‑on experience with

  ETQ Reliance platform

  (configuration, workflows, integrations).
• Solid understanding of

  database technologies

  (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in

  quality management systems (QMS)

  or compliance platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills with global teams.

Certification in Java/Python or ETQ Reliance is an advantage
