Job Description

Customization Technical Lead

Experience Required: 6+ years

Software customization/Implementation
: Gather, understand and define business requirements, re-engineer and map them to technology features; design, develop, document the custom solution for the technology platform.
Strong Coding skills in UI and API Customization,
JAVA
, Oracle (PL/SQL), JS, JSP, shell scripts. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile concepts.
Finacle v10.x CRM/CIF product and/or customization skills and working experience (
Finacle CRM UI and API
)
Strong in troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Should be able to ensure quality and timelines of activities related to design and build. Participate in activities related to requirement elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design, provide pseudo codes to team, assign and review task, participate in knowledge management activities with the objective of ensuring highest level of service offerings to client.
Participation in estimation, preparing detailed schedule for a work packet, train team on project processes to achieve project goals.
Knowledge of standard architectural and integration principles, models, patterns. Best practices in design and build (performance, readability, code reusability).
In-depth knowledge of configuration management and release management tools and techniques. Working Knowledge on tools like
Eclipse
, Visual studio and also Source Control tools like Git/Bitbucket/SVN.
Ability to handle and mentor a team of 4-8 people.
