Responsibilities

Experienced in User Administration User Interface Level Integration MID Server IntegrationKnowledge of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the servicenowcomContinuously monitor application performance and vendor recommended patches upgradesPartner with the business on exploring new opportunities to automate the operations processesExperience on ITIL Process consulting andor implementationExperience on following ServiceNow modules Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Level Management CMDB Knowledge Management Asset Management and CMSExperience on basic Java scriptingExperience in handling service now incident and request queueExperience in clone deployment in ServiceNowExperience in documentation and review activitiesExperience in complex data migration

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience with 3 years of experience as an operations engineer3 to 5 years of configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environmentDevelopment Operations Administration experience with ServiceNow platformServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB AssetServiceNow Certified Application Admin
