Job Description

Avya Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical IT Manager Pre-sales, Sales, and Online Bidding

Create and follow smart sales plans to grow the business.
Find and connect with potential clients in the IT industry.
Understand client needs and suggest the best IT solution
Handle online bidding on
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
to win new projects
Please make sure to write clear and professional
proposals
that show we understand the client's needs.
Act as a
pre-sales consultant
– explain our services, answer client questions, and support the sales process.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide great after-sales support
Keep track of leads, opportunities, and deals in the sales pipeline.
Work closely with our technical team to deliver customized IT solutions.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and market changes.
Use tools like
CRM software
to manage sales activities and reporting.
Support the team in
lead generation
using platforms like
LinkedIn and networking tools
.
Help in preparing
presentations, demos, and documents
for client meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum
5+ years
of experience in
IT sales or technical sales
.
Strong knowledge of
software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud services
, etc.
Experience with
online bidding
on platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr
, and
LinkedIn
.
Good at writing
winning proposals
and handling
pre-sales
conversations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in
lead generation
and
closing deals
Comfortable working both
independently
and in a
team environment
Familiar with
CRM tools
and
sales reporting systems
A solid understanding of
B2B sales strategies
