Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strong

  SEO / GEO

  strategies to improve search visibility and organic lead generation.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth areas.
• Optimize website content, structure, and technical components for better SEO / GEO performance.
• Manage on-page SEO / GEO (meta tags, titles, schema, etc.) and off-page SEO / GEO (link building, outreach).
• Use

  AI tools and GEO techniques

  like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Clearscope to enhance content, identify trends, and automate SEO / GEO tasks.
• Monitor and analyze SEO / GEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Oversee WordPress and other CMS platforms with SEO plugins like Yoast or Rank Math.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and designers to align SEO / GEO with overall digital strategy.
• Implement and manage local SEO / GEO strategies to target specific cities or regions.
• Keep up-to-date with Google algorithm changes, industry updates, and emerging SEO / GEO practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in advanced SEO / GEO strategies.
• Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and data privacy standards.
• Share regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in

• Track record of generating traffic, leads, and ROI through SEO / GEO.
• Proficient in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc.
• Skilled in using

  AI-powered tools

  like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, and Clearscope for SEO / GEO work.
• Experience managing SEO / GEO in WordPress and using relevant plugins.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in

  English
