Senior SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts and boost our online presence. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies to increase website traffic and generate quality leads. This role requires someone up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithms. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage SEO strategies to improve the performance of our website. Track website traffic, keyword rankings, and overall SEO progress. Do keyword research and suggest content ideas based on people's search. Fix any issues on the website that affect search rankings (speed, mobile-friendliness, etc.). Work on both on-page SEO (like titles, meta tags, and content) and off-page SEO (like link building). Stay updated with Googles algorithm changes and make changes when needed. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Manage WordPress websites and SEO plugins like Yoast. Lead efforts to build quality backlinks to the site. Work with content writers, developers, and marketers to improve overall website performance. Track competitors and find opportunities to stay ahead of them. Make sure our website is optimized for local SEO (especially for specific cities or regions). Guide junior SEO team members and help them grow. Make sure our website follows SEO rules and privacy guidelines. Share regular SEO reports with clear results and next steps. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on SEO experience. Expertise in organic and technical SEO Proven ability to generate leads from organic traffic. Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Experience working with WordPress and SEO plugins. Good analytical skills to understand data and make informed decisions. Up-to-date with SEO trends, Google updates, and industry practices. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). SEO certifications are a plus. Should understand how SEO impacts traffic, rankings, and sales.
