Technical Integrated Control Tower Lead

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the development and maintenance of integrated dashboards providing end-to-end visibility across the technology portfolio.

• Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

• Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Define and enforce data governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability.

• Secure timely access to datasets and resolve data quality issues in partnership with data owners.

• Implement ICT solutions including planning, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.

• Communicate insights and trends to senior leadership, promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.

KPI:

• Dashboard Adoption Rate: Percentage of target users actively using dashboards regularly, indicating relevance and usability.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Hands-on expertise in Power BI development, including data modeling and system integration.

• Strong background in data governance and quality assurance across complex systems.

• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with operational KPIs, strategic reporting, and performance frameworks.

• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and influencing decisions.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Desirable Requirements:

• Master’s degree in data science, Analytics, or Information Systems.

• Experience in a technology organization or PMO context.
