Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the development and maintenance of integrated dashboards providing end-to-end visibility across the technology portfolio.
Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Define and enforce data governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
Secure timely access to datasets and resolve data quality issues in partnership with data owners.
Implement ICT solutions including planning, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.
Communicate insights and trends to senior leadership, promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.
KPI:
Dashboard Adoption Rate: Percentage of target users actively using dashboards regularly, indicating relevance and usability.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions.
Hands-on expertise in Power BI development, including data modeling and system integration.
Strong background in data governance and quality assurance across complex systems.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with operational KPIs, strategic reporting, and performance frameworks.
Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and influencing decisions.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Desirable Requirements:
Master’s degree in data science, Analytics, or Information Systems.
Experience in a technology organization or PMO context.
