Technical Integrated Control Tower Lead

Role Overview: As the Dashboard Development Lead at Sandoz, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of integrated dashboards to provide end-to-end visibility across the technology portfolio. Your role will involve ensuring reporting solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic business objectives. You will also drive automation and standardization of reporting processes, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, define data governance standards, and communicate insights to senior leadership to promote a data-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and maintenance of integrated dashboards - Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic business objectives - Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Define and enforce data governance standards - Secure timely access to datasets and resolve data quality issues - Implement ICT solutions including planning, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement - Communicate insights and trends to senior leadership Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field - Minimum 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions - Hands-on expertise in Power BI development, including data modeling and system integration - Strong background in data governance and quality assurance across complex systems - Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions - Familiarity with operational KPIs, strategic reporting, and performance frameworks - Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and influencing decisions - Fluent in English (verbal and written) Additional Details: Sandoz is a leader in the generic and biosimilar medicines sector, providing over 900 million patient treatments across 100+ countries.
