As a Business Analyst in the CTO's Office at our Turbhe (Navi Mumbai) location, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making at the executive level. Working closely with the Chief Technical Officer and senior leadership, you will collaborate across departments to design operating plans, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and execute strategic projects. Your responsibilities will include developing executive-level dashboards, analysing data related to pharmaceutical supply chains and macro-economic trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to track KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Analyse complex datasets related to pharmaceutical supply chains and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities. - Lead strategic projects assigned by the CTO, managing timelines, resources, and outcomes effectively. - Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to provide market intelligence and identify cost optimization opportunities. - Drive process improvements and automation to enhance decision-making speed and accuracy. - Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for executive meetings, communicating complex analytical findings clearly and concisely. As a Sales Planning & Analysis professional, you will be responsible for supporting the National Sales Manager (NSM) in developing region-wise quarterly and annual sales plans. Your role will involve conducting performance diagnostics by region, aligning strategies with sales targets, and providing actionable insights through data modeling and advanced analytics. In the area of Field Force Alignment & Execution Oversight, you will coordinate closely with Regional Business Managers (RBMs) and Area Business Managers (ABMs) to ensure that quarterly plans are well-understood and implemented. Monitoring the potential and performance of doctors/institutions, providing support in resource allocation, and auditing field execution standards to identify process deviations or gaps will also be key aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for overseeing Stock Movement & Demand Forecasting by tracking regional stock movement patterns to prevent excess inventory or shortfalls. Your role will involve detecting and addressing early warning signs of product dumping, as well as collaborating with supply chain and demand planning teams to refine forecasts based on real-time trends and market dynamics. Furthermore, in the domain of Strategic Reporting & Collaboration, you will be expected to generate regular performance dashboards, market opportunity reports, and deviation alerts for leadership review. Acting as a strategic partner to marketing and medical affairs in rolling out region-specific campaigns or initiatives, as well as providing input into incentive planning and budgeting from a regional performance perspective, will also fall under your responsibilities. What You'll Do: Business & Technology Integration: Understand business needs and ensure seamless integration between business processes and technological solutions. Requirements & Analytics: Work closely with operations and technical teams, contributing significantly to requirement specifications. Provide analytical support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and interpreting complex data sets. Reporting & Data Management: Design and create report templates and data gathering tools to establish future standards. You'll be the data custodian and controller , ensuring data roadworthiness and facilitating reporting on compliances. Performance & Trend Analysis: Conduct trend analysis and align findings with the account management team. Utilize technology tools, including helpdesk trending and analytics, to gain insights. Strategic Reporting: Deliver output files for reports and dashboards. Generate MIS and other reports as required by management, including daily, weekly, Monthly Management Reports (MMR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Annual Business Reviews (ABR). You'll also be responsible for predictive reporting . Financial Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance team on budget targets. Data Verification & Audits: Cross-verify data against agreed Terms of Reference (TOR) regularly. You'll be the custodian of all site team statutory compliances , their documentation, and records. Compliance Management: Be responsible for all compliance-related audits and upload all requisite documents to the OGS Compliance tool. Track expiration and renewals of building statutory compliances and ensure all related documentation is recorded on shared folders. What We're Looking For: Analytical & Meticulous: You'll excel at paying attention to detail and possess excellent problem-solving skills, using logic to troubleshoot issues. Collaborative: Your role will involve significant coordination with various teams. Technical Aptitude: You should have a good knowledge of working procedures and be able to assign and monitor maintenance projects effectively. Qualifications: A Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical OR any equivalent field. Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry. (For residential sites, candidates with residential experience will be preferred).
