Job Title: Technical Executive – Solar Industry

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Industry Preference: Renewable Energy / Solar

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Executive to support solar project execution, site operations, and technical coordination. The role involves assisting in surveys, installation oversight, documentation, and ensuring smooth project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility checks for solar projects.
Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate execution.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and daily/weekly progress updates.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines at every stage of the project.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
1–5 years of solar industry experience preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of installation tools, electrical systems, and site execution.
Strong problem-solving skills & ability to handle on-site challenges.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
