Job Opening: Technical Executive Paint Industry (Pune Office) Job Requirements: Support production and application of automotive coatings as per customer requirements. Conduct paint mixing, shade matching, viscosity adjustment , and performance testing. Assist in new product trials, sample preparation , and process optimization . Coordinate with R&D and production teams for quality and formulation improvements. Perform root cause analysis for defects and suggest corrective actions. Maintain batch records, test data, and quality documentation . Provide on-site technical support to customers for paint application and troubleshooting.
