Job Opening: Technical Executive Paint Industry (Pune Office)

Job Requirements:

• Support

  production and application

  of automotive coatings as per customer requirements.
• Conduct

  paint mixing, shade matching, viscosity adjustment

  , and performance testing.
• Assist in

  new product trials, sample preparation

  , and

  process optimization

  .
• Coordinate with

  R&D and production teams

  for quality and formulation improvements.
• Perform

  root cause analysis

  for defects and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain

  batch records, test data, and quality documentation

  .
• Provide

  on-site technical support

  to customers for paint application and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with

  ISO, 5S, and safety standards

  inside the plant.
• Candidate should have experience or knowledge in the

  paint industry

• A good

  academic background

  is required
• Candidates

  based in Pune

  or nearby areas will be preferred
• Must be able to support technical tasks and customer requirements
• Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar sales role in the paint or automotive industry
• Should have good communication and problem-solving skills

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of

  automotive paints, resins, and coatings processes

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  viscometers, gloss meters, color spectrophotometers

  , etc.
• Ability to

  analyze paint film defects

  and suggest solutions.
• Excellent

  communication and coordination

  skills.
• Basic understanding of

  chemical safety and production procedures

  .
