Technical Delivery Manager

Role Overview

The Technical Delivery Manager will own the technical delivery of UnifyApps implementations

across large enterprises. This role requires proven experience in delivering digital transformation

projects, strong technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical delivery of enterprise implementations.

• Translate requirements into technical execution plans.

• Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows across client environments.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design.

• Track delivery health: scope, risks, dependencies, and quality.

• Engage enterprise stakeholders to align delivery expectations.

• Mentor junior engineers and consultants in delivery practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7 years of proven experience delivering software or digital transformation projects for

large enterprises (MUST HAVE).

• Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow

automation.

• Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.

• Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

• Strong client engagement and communication skills.

• Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals preferred.
