Job Title: Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer (Copado) Location: Remote Experience Required: 6+ Years Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to align with business requirements and enhance sales operations. Configure core CPQ components such as price rules, product rules, discount schedules, and quote templates. Build and manage advanced approvals, workflows, flows, validation rules, and custom metadata types to support scalable business processes. Customize and extend Salesforce CPQ using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Apex development for building robust and maintainable solutions. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Apex code, flows, and CPQ configurations to ensure high performance and reliability. Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems via APIs and middleware platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Must Have experience on deployment tools such as Copado for version control, automated testing, and release management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide scalable technical solutions, and support system evolution. Role Overview: As a Senior Developer for Certinia, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically focusing on Certinia (FinancialForce) applications. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other developers to build scalable, high-performance applications that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end solutions on the Certinia (FinancialForce) platform, including customization, configuration, and integration. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Leverage Certinia PSA automation for seamless project management, resource planning, time tracking, expense management, billing, and revenue recognition. Implement and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Develop and enhance Certinia modules such as PSA (Professional Services Automation), Accounting, and Revenue Management. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance limits. Optimize system performance and scalability through code optimization and efficient data handling. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. Perform thorough unit testing and work with QA for integration testing. Provide post-deployment support and assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Qualification: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Certinia (FinancialForce). Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript. In-depth understanding of Salesforce Platform Architecture, Governor Limits, and Best Practices. Experience with Certinia PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management modules. Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL. Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). Hands-on experience with GitHub or other version control systems. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred. Certinia (FinancialForce) certifications are a plus. Immediate joiners preferred!
