We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Salesforce team and oversee the development and delivery of our products and services. You will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our projects, from planning to deployment, and ensuring that they meet the quality standards and expectations of our clients.
In charge of end-to-end timely delivery of assigned projects and programs while coordinating with the technical team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are met.
Review project plans and requirements and ensure that they are feasible, realistic, and aligned with the business goals.
Responsible for client based projects, client liaison, pre-sales, and cross-functional development while managing project resources including business analysts, project managers, developers, and QA.
Work closely with the Customers and internal Account Managers to ensure health of the project and Customer satisfaction.
Be able to generate high quality Monthly and Quarterly reports for projects, capturing all the relevant information, after talking to team members and customers. Be able to drive QBR sessions with key customers.
You should take ownership to deliver the revenue from recurring projects and ensure existing revenue is protected.
Coordinate with the project management team to establish processes that would minimize delays and generate more revenue resources, while overseeing quality control.
Identify and hire the right team for a project, from internal resources & working with the recruitment team to hire external resources. The incumbent should be able to interview candidates and gauge their Salesforce skill set in addition to interpersonal skills
Create the roadmap for up Skilling and cross Skilling of the Technical Team & Delivery Teams and play an important role in their development as well as appraisals.
Look at Upsell opportunities and work on such opportunities to grow the project.
Will be responsible for the integration of technical solutions to improve business operations and maximize the efficiency and productivity of the staff.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team and resolve any issues or challenges that arise while maintaining a high level of team motivation and retention of key resources.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies and recommend improvements or innovations.
Ensure compliance with the best practices, standards, and policies of the industry and the company.
Work towards achieving high CSAT ratings for the projects being managed.
A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in Salesforce industry as a developer & min 2 years experience as a delivery manager in Salesforce domain.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as agile, waterfall, or scrum Proficient in various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
Experience with different Salesforce Clouds and Integration technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
