Purpose of the role The agile coach will mentor and guide our employees in how to figure out the best solutions for their specific departmental challenges. This person will analyze our organization’s existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, the agile coach will play a key role in long-term strategy across the business, helping our teams deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner. Responsibilities: Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching. Coach management in Agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down. Communicate Agile principles, SCRUM practices, and overall operating model across the organization. Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams. Work closely with leadership to align agile transformation with business goals. Develop and deliver agile training programs tailored to team maturity levels. Act as a catalyst for cultural change—encouraging transparency, accountability, and experimentation. Define, track, and report on agile performance metrics (velocity, lead time, team health, etc.). Help teams use data to drive improvement without creating a culture of micromanagement. Maintain objectivity regarding issues and how to troubleshoot them by applying Agile principles. Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status. Act as either a problem solver up to being the challenger of proposals Hard skills: Five or more years' experience as Agile Coach Experience in using SCRUM and Kanban Track record of Implementing Agile techniques in different work cultures and environments Excellent written and verbal communications skills In English language Strong understanding of team dynamics, agile delivery metrics, and lean thinking. Job Role: Enterprise Solution Architect Key Strategic Outcomes: 1. Architectural Governance & Standards Define and enforce architecture principles, reference models, and design patterns aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Conduct architecture and code audits to ensure scalability, resilience, and security compliance. Establish governance mechanisms to maintain consistency, compliance, and technical quality across all projects. Guide project teams in adopting microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures. 2. Innovation & Emerging Tech Integration Evaluate and introduce new AWS services, frameworks, and automation tools to strengthen delivery capability. Guide teams on leveraging AI/ML, automation, and modern engineering practices to improve efficiency and innovation. Promote continuous learning and knowledge-sharing sessions across teams to cultivate technical excellence. 3. Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization Drive cost-efficient architecture through right-sizing, automation, and effective use of AWS services. Oversee CI/CD implementation, observability, and performance optimization using AWS-native tools. Partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable cloud solutions. 4. Business Partnership & Pre-Sales Collaboration Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery teams during client discovery and proposal stages. Design solution blueprints, cost estimates, and technical presentations for client proposals. Support the technical onboarding of new clients and define architectural direction during project initiation. 5. Leadership & Mentorship Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams on architecture strategy. Mentor developers and tech leads, fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented culture. Partner with senior leadership to align technology strategy with organizational and client goals. Required Skills & Competencies: Primary (Must Have) 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles. Expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture: design, cost optimization, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and security. Strong proficiency in Node.js and modern back-end frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, AdonisJS). Proven experience architecting scalable, distributed, cloud-native systems using microservices and event-driven design. Deep understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/EKS). Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and related integrations. 2.Secondary (Need to Have) Exposure front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue) or other back-end stacks (.NET Core, PHP/Laravel). Familiarity with multi-account AWS environments, cross-region design, and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray). Knowledge of Python-based automation and AI/ML service integration. 3.Additional (Good to Have) Experience with enterprise governance models, TOGAF or similar frameworks. Kubernetes and DevOps certification or hands-on expertise. Experience with AWS-native CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, CodeBuild) and observability tooling.
