Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive

  end-to-end delivery

  of digital solutions (web, mobile, analytics, AI/ML).
• Provide

  technical leadership

  across multiple projects reviewing designs, architectures, and technical approaches.
• Work closely with clients and leads to ensure

  scalable, secure, and high-performing designs

  .
• Stay hands-on in

  technical discussions, PoCs, and solutioning

  while balancing delivery execution.
• Define and enforce

  best practices for architecture, coding, DevOps, and cloud-native deployments

  .
• Act as the

  primary client-facing delivery lead

  , ensuring stakeholder confidence and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams to

  scope solutions, estimate effort, and contribute to proposals/SOWs

  .
• Mentor and upskill delivery teams on

  modern technologies, frameworks, and architecture patterns

  .
• Track and manage delivery financials, resourcing, and risks across projects.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of IT industry experience with at least 3-4 years in

  delivery/technical leadership roles

  .
• Strong technical background in

  custom application development

  (Laravel/Node.js/Java/PHP),

  mobile (Flutter/React Native)

  , and

  front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  architecture and system design

  — microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native apps.
• Proficiency in

  cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  , containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Exposure to

  AI/ML projects, Analytics, or data engineering

  is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of

  scalable architectures, performance optimization, and security best practices

• Proven ability to

  balance technical leadership with delivery ownership

  .
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure Architect), Agile/Scrum, or PMP are desirable.
