Hiring: Technical Courses Counsellor (Inside Sales | EdTech)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

1 Cold Call & Qualify Potential Leads

Initiate outbound calls to targeted prospects.
Qualify leads by understanding their educational background, interests, and career goals.

2 Understand Learner Needs & Recommend Courses

Conduct personalized needs assessments.
Suggest the right technical courses (Data Science, AIML, Python, Java) based on learners’ ambitions and career plans.

3 Deliver Impactful Sales Presentations

Present course details persuasively via phone or virtual sessions.
Communicate course features, learning outcomes, and benefits effectively.

4 Negotiate & Address Concerns

Handle objections professionally with empathy and confidence.
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close enrollments successfully.

5 Build & Nurture Relationships

Maintain meaningful relationships through regular follow-ups.
Engage potential learners to ensure future conversions and referrals.

6 Maintain CRM Accuracy & Reporting

Keep precise records of calls, follow-ups, and lead stages.
Report daily/weekly activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics.

7 Contribute to Growth & Process Improvement

Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
Share insights to boost conversions and enhance learner experiences.
