Job Location: Samalkha, Haryana Role & responsibilities : Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions in business fundamentals, idea generation, including business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and sales techniques Mentoring and Coaching: Offer one-on-one mentoring to students, helping them to set realistic goals, resolve problems, and develop business strategies Program Development: Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training curricula and materials based on the needs of the participants and the dynamics of the market Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess the progress of students through evaluations and provide feedback to help them improve Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders including financial institutions, market experts, and business leaders to enhance the support network for the students Impact Assessment: Help in measuring the impact of the program on the participants and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness Community Building: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment among the participants to encourage networking and peer learning Preferred candidate profile : Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Soft skills training Experience working with startups or in a business development capacity will be highly regarded Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire, adept at problem-solving and critical thinking Must have a passion for social change, a patient and empathetic approach to coaching, and an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in dynamic, changing environments Experience working with marginalized communities and an understanding of the unique challenges they face Familiarity with the local business environment and network in Delhi/Panipat Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus What We Offer: A chance to make a significant impact in the lives of young women by empowering them economically A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
