Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced soft skills trainer to join our team.

As a trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the futures of young women by providing them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to launch and sustain successful businesses.

Job Location:

Role & responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions in business fundamentals, idea generation, including business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and sales techniques
• Mentoring and Coaching: Offer one-on-one mentoring to students, helping them to set realistic goals, resolve problems, and develop business strategies
• Program Development: Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training curricula and materials based on the needs of the participants and the dynamics of the market
• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess the progress of students through evaluations and provide feedback to help them improve
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders including financial institutions, market experts, and business leaders to enhance the support network for the students
• Impact Assessment: Help in measuring the impact of the program on the participants and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness
• Community Building: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment among the participants to encourage networking and peer learning

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Soft skills training
• Experience working with startups or in a business development capacity will be highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire, adept at problem-solving and critical thinking
• Must have a passion for social change, a patient and empathetic approach to coaching, and an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in dynamic, changing environments
• Experience working with marginalized communities and an understanding of the unique challenges they face
• Familiarity with the local business environment and network in Delhi/Panipat
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
