Role Overview: As a Soft Skills Trainer at The Kreative Academy in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students' interpersonal, professional, and workplace behavior skills. Your dynamic and passionate approach to training, communication development, and personality enhancement will contribute to delivering high-quality training sessions that improve students' soft skills. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions covering communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette. - Prepare comprehensive training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments. - Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. - Ensure students develop confidence, professionalism, and job-readiness skills. - Coordinate with academic and placement teams to align training with industry requirements. - Maintain student discipline, attendance records, progress notes, and performance reports. - Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role-plays to enhance practical skills. - Implement creative methods to boost student participation and maximize learning outcomes. - Support in administrative or academic tasks when necessary. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred). - Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Soft Skills / Personality Development Trainer. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and engage students effectively. - Proficiency in modern training techniques and tools. - Excellent command over English and confidence in public speaking. - Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
