The Kreative Academy is committed to providing high-quality education and career guidance to students. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Manager to join our team and help students navigate their educational and professional journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding course options, career paths, and academic planning.
• Guide students through the admission process.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and strategic plans to management
• Understand individual student needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Take full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to conversion, and consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve ad performance and lead quality
• Track and follow up with leads to ensure enrollment targets are met.
• Conduct presentations and one-on-one sessions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in managing operations/business functions in a training institute or edtech company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and student databases is a plus.
