Conduct training programs for new hire on voice,accent,soft skills,product knowledge,process training. Design-update training modules and materials. Language: Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu,Tamil,Malayalam(Add on). 4.Provide on-the-floor coaching, support, and refresher training sessions. 5. Perform regular process knowledge assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions. 6.Handle and resolve trainee and agent queries 7.Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams & clients to identify training needs and performance gaps. 8.Track and report training effectiveness, progress, and outcomes to management 9. Experience: Min 1 year of relevant experience in the BPO industry. 10.Strong soft skills training expertise – communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and call handling. 11.Certification in Training & Development or Soft Skills (preferred but not mandatory).
