Strong sourcing and networking skills · Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create clear job descriptions. · Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and other relevant platforms. · Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability. · Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. · Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the selection process. · Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates throughout the hiring cycle. · Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding. · Assist in negotiation and release of offer letters in coordination with HR and management. · Coordinate with the HR operations team to facilitate smooth onboarding and joining formalities. · Collect and verify required documents from new hires. · Conduct orientation and induction sessions for new employees. · Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). · Generate and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports and hiring status updates. · Analyse recruitment metrics to identify process improvements and reduce hiring time.
