UI UX Designer & Trainer

Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer and Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital products. In addition to your development responsibilities, you will also train and mentor students in UI/UX design principles and industry-standard tools. You should have 3 to 4 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer and a strong interest in training and mentoring candidates. You should be proficient in all UI/UX design tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize user needs and requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the user experience.
• Train and mentor students in UI/UX design principles and industry-standard tools.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to students.
• Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their design skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of design best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designing.
• A strong interest in training and mentoring students.
• Proficiency in all UI/UX design tools and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present and teach complex concepts to students.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Knowledge in After Effect, adobe premier pro, video editing will be a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
