UI UX Designer & Trainer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer and Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital products. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor students in UI/UX design principles and industry-standard tools. It is crucial to have 3 to 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, along with a passion for educating and guiding aspiring professionals. Proficiency in all UI/UX design tools and software is essential for excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop user interfaces for various digital platforms. - Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and prioritize user needs. - Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the user experience. - Provide guidance to students in UI/UX design principles and tools. - Create training materials, deliver workshops, offer feedback and support to students, and enhance their design skills. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies. - Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the development of design best practices and standards. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and video editing will be advantageous. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred. Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits, including internet reimbursement and a performance bonus. The work schedule comprises day and morning shifts. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX Designing, a passion for training and mentoring students, proficiency in all UI/UX design tools and software, and expertise in Figma, HTML5/CSS, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.,
